The UV hybrid printer integrates functions of both roll to roll printer and flatbed printer. It delivers max. printing width of 3.2m, and can be used for flat materials with unlimited length. The versatile digital inkjet printer has a broad range of applications. It can be used for roll to roll printing in textile, flex banner and advertising banner industries. Also it can replace flatbed UV printers to print on flat items such as glass, ceramic tiles, clothing, leather, wood panel, sheet metal, PVC, and stone slab.
Versatility
The UV hybrid printer supports both roll to roll printing and flatbed printing.
Constant tensile control for roll material printing ensures great stepping precision.
Positioning system for flatbed printing unit allows for accurate placement and printing of the material.
Multiple functions
Due to constant pressure control for its vacuum table, the digital inkjet printer effectively prevents material shaking.
Automated material thickness measuring
Anti-collision system for printhead trolley protection
Imported high precision magnetic grating ruler and high performance servo motor
Applications
The wide format printer can be used to print on numerous kinds of flat items. Typical examples are illustrated below.
