YD2513 series digital UV flatbed printing machine is configured with double Epson print heads. It supports printing size of 2500mmx1300mm and max. medium thickness of 100mm.

Design Advantages of the Digital UV Flatbed Printer

1. The large format printer delivers an incomparable printing resolution up to 2880dpi.
2. It has ultra-long service life which is usually at least 10 times of common flatbed digital printers.
3. LED technology is utilized for UV curing purpose. The cold light source generates no radiation and thus won't cause temperature rise or deformation of printed material.
4. The UV flatbed printing machine supports instant 100% power output without preheating. It thus enables immediate printing after power on.
5. It contains without mercury and won't generate ozone. Hence it is safe and environmental friendly.

Configuration Features

1. In addition to common features such as high precision and direct printing, our digital UV printer additionally features an advanced UV LED curing system, enabling synchronous printing and drying. The system also allows for embossed printing.

2. Imported UV curable ink ensures higher safety and eco-friendliness, and it is sunlight resistant.

3. The UV LED curing system features extremely low heat generation and the light source has lifespan up to 30,000 hours. It won't cause deformation of printed material, and enables color printing on both rigid and flexible materials.

4. The vacuum table for the flatbed printing machine is acquired from Foshan Yinmei Vacuum Board Company, an industry leader in China. It features independent control over separate suction zones, and has max. carrying capacity of 100kg. It can stably absorb the feeding material to prevent material sliding during printing.

5. Taiwan HIWIN guiderail offers um level positioning accuracy, low friction coefficient, high precision, low noise, and great wearing resistance. It ensures smooth and stable movement of printhead trolley with minimized vibration, thus enabling stable and uniform ink jetting. This ensures minimized printing error.
