Clients have the flexibility to conduct these inspections in person or via live video to ensure all specifications are met. Following approval, the equipment is securely vacuum-sealed and encased in wooden crates, ready for delivery to the specified location.

Installation, Commissioning, and Training

• We guarantee that every piece of equipment we offer is brand-new and authentic, reflecting our commitment to quality.
• Our logistics team takes care of delivering your equipment, which is vacuum-sealed for its protection during transit (except in special circumstances like customs inspections). We encourage you to inspect the packaging's integrity upon arrival.
• For installation, simply inform us of the location, and our technicians will provide comprehensive support, either remotely or on-site, to get your equipment up and running.
• Post-installation, we conduct hands-on training sessions to ensure your team is well-versed in the equipment's operation and maintenance.

Routine Maintenance and Care

• The equipment is covered by a one-year warranty for any parts needing replacement due to non-misuse issues, with the maintenance and replacement responsibilities borne by our company. The warranty service is provided within the scope and duration promised in the contract.
• After the warranty period, we will continue to offer after-sales service, taking charge of regular maintenance and repairs for the supplied equipment (lifetime service without time limit).
• Services are carried out following the manufacturer's after-sales policy, with our technical personnel providing remote assistance or onsite service.
• Hotline consultation service: Our technical service helpline is our client’s direct line to immediate, professional support, staffed by experienced engineers ready to address any query or challenge they may face with their printing equipment.
• Prompt technical intervention: In the event of complex technical issues, our engineers are prepared to swiftly identify and rectify any problems, deploying with all necessary equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
• Regular Follow-Up: Regular follow-ups with our clients post-service intervention are an important part of our service philosophy, ensuring equipment performance is optimal and fully meets our client’s expectations.
